“Netanyahu, I simply hate you”

Not my words I hasten to add, but those of Yaya Fink.

“Kippah-wearing Left-wing activist: 'Netanyahu, I simply hate you” “Left-wing activist Yaya Fink took to social media to deliver an unusually harsh tirade against the Prime Minister.” https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/374445

But here is the thing, his sentiments are shared by hundreds of thousands of Israelis. Maybe the number runs into millions, I don’t know, but I guess that it does.

And while hate is a good descriptive word, to sum up, people's feelings for this shallow, self-centered man, a more intellectual word to describe our feeling for Netanyahu is abhorrence.

I stand to be correct of course, but I don’t recall an Israeli PM more detested than this shallow, self-centered man.

Seeing him last night on TV, spewing spin in all directions was sickening.

His lies and cynicism have managed to take away our love for our wonderful country.

Netanyahu has made Israel uglier by shaping it based on a culture of lies, spin, deception, cynicism, and avoidance of responsibility. He has gotten people used to incessant manipulation, he has hopelessly degenerated people’s ability to think for themselves, eroding our democracy as an arena of well-informed debate. Netanyahu has made us dwarfs; we can’t let this pass.

If he had even a single element of decency, he would hang up his spurs and get the hell out of Dodge with all speed. But of course, our PM has become a shallow, self-centered, egotistical individual.

Earlier this week, I read a short piece where Likud MK, Danny Danon described Netanyahu as the “ships captain”.

Mr. Danon, for someone with your intelligence, and worldview, this was a damming statement. You may not like the idea but it's time for a palace revolt. It’s time to throw ‘Captain’ Netanyahu, like Captain Bligh overboard. In this case for the good of the nation.

Are you a Flecter Christian? Do you have the wherewithal to lead a mutiny for the benefit of the nation and in doing so, be hailed a hero?

Can you rally the troops to your flag?

Sitting back with your head in the sand is not the answer. When matters escalate, where will you be Mr. Danon?

For the fallen of Israel not to be forgotten, we MUST be their voice and stop this government from plundering the wealth of the country.
